I've lived in four out of those five, and you are missing out.
1)N/A
2)Salaries are matched to the lifestyle, and the culture rocks.
3)If you are a geek, the option to build your own network of sun sparc machines and mount that on a linux server for $750 is not enough....
4)My inlaws live there, and the weather is perfect.
5)Crowded and criminal, but there is something about a cast off latin hive community.
